This blogger makes his living in the Midwest as a cook so we’ll call this blog an expert opinion, and he has a very creative grilled pizza recipe. Sometimes you get your expertise through trial and error — www.meathenge.com is a grill master’s dream. If there is a manly addiction to rendering food to perfection with fire and smoke then this guy is exhibit A.
