We have almost no information on this one, but we thought it was pretty cool. According to ACPL, this is a WOWO reporter interviewing a serviceman somewhere in downtown Fort Wayne. Well, we presume it’s downtown Fort Wayne. We know it was in the 1940s—and that’s about it. Snazzy hats, though.
