A demonstration in front of the ACPL’s main entrance on Webster street, back in August, 1976. In this case, the demonstrator doesn’t appear to be angry about anything. Rather, the placard reads “You’re unfair to yourself if you don’t use this great facility.” We don’t know what inspired the man. Was there something going on in August 1976 that caused people not to use the library? We don’t know. On the other hand, maybe the guy just liked reading books. |
