We have almost no information on this one, but we thought it was pretty cool. According to the ACPL, this is a WOWO reported interviewing a serviceman somewhere in downtown Fort Wayne. Well, we presume it’s downtown Fort Wayne. We know it was in the 1940s. And that’s about it. Snazzy hats, though.
