We don’t know the actual date for this one, but judging from what’s happening here, and some of the notables pictured, we’re betting someone out there knows the year at least. The occasion here is the removal of a brass plaque from the old city hall at Barr and Berry Streets. The folks pictured left to right are David Drury, Director of Fort Wayne Allen County Historical Museum; Fred Ehrman, Chairman of the Board of Works; Ivan Mackathnie, Controller; and Mayor Harold S. Zeis. Zeis was Mayor of Fort Wayne from 1963-1971.
