This week’s OSP doesn’t come from Fort Wayne, but rather a little to the south of us. This is the crowd (and what a crowd it is!) at the Bluffton Street Fair. Unfortunately, we don’t have a year for this one, though apparently, caps, ties, and jackets were all the rage for men that summer.
